B. By offering your property and funds for a Shunya managed project.

C. By offering your property for a project funded and managed by Shunya.

This year we have launched Shunya Noi Varo , and Shunya Kaju Varo, in Goa, India. These projects reflect our belief in functional, minimalist design, meditative zen values, and heritage conservation.  They harmonise 21st century technology  with a distinctive and fast vanishing rural heritage.

Projects on the anvil include:

0. 'Shunya Palachan Nature Spa' Kulu and 'Shunya Teerthan Villa' Kulu.

1. A birdwatcher's bungalow on the island of Choraon.

2. A super luxury retreat village created with modular villas.
This village will be located on a river view cashew plantation within easy cycling distance of the best beaches in North Goa. (Contact us if you are interested in owning a modular villa on our plantation.)

All our projects are funded through private investment. They aim at creating tranquil and original retreats in heritage rich, but underdeveloped parts of the world. To generate quality employment and training opportunities for rural youth is a key goal.
